Andy Seth grew up in a motel in Los Angeles from 0 to 16 years old. His family of four had a lot of love in his household, but not a lot of money. Living in a motel, he saw what happens in life if you don’t hustle.

Andy started his first business, High Profile Entertainment, when he was 13 years old. He began DJ’ing at house parties and then night clubs. He headlined in LA, Chicago, and Boston till he “retired” from the game at 22.

Andy earned a full-ride scholarship to Culver Military Academy in Indiana, one of the most prestigious high schools in the country.

He then went on to earn a full-ride scholarship to Boston College where he double majored in Economics and Spanish. Both of which he uses today.

During college, Andy started and sold two internet companies. The first was a web design firm and the second was an online retailer.

With the tech bust happening, Andy changed courses to become a consultant and went on to negotiate multi-million dollar agreements on behalf of his clients. He went on to scale this business internationally.

Leveraging his Economics background, he founded a wealth management firm called LotusGroup Advisors in 2006. LotusGroup has grown to manage $100MM in assets and is one of the hottest investment firms in the country.

Andy’s entrepreneurial spirit continued and he leveraged his fluency in Spanish to build a business in Costa Rica. He makes angel investments and his companies continue to grow and expand.

He even started a bourbon barrel-aged Vermont maple syrup called Frisky Whisky Syrup.

Andy’s latest business is called Flow, a Colorado-based live chat agency that helps companies convert website traffic they’ve already paid for, into qualified leads. All the while, he puts his agents through an apprenticeship program that pays them to learn, so that they graduate from the program with the ability to make $40-50,000 per year. Not because of a college degree, but because of the skills they’ve learned that businesses want.

Andy is also an investor and advisor to numerous business and entrepreneurs and has won numerous awards including “Five Star Wealth Manager, 2014-2016″, “Top 25 Most Influential Young Professionals in Colorado, 2012″ by ColoradoBiz Magazine, Denver Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40 in 2011” and selected as a finalist for “Denver’s Leader of the Year Award for 2011” and “Volunteer of the Year” by the editors of InvestmentNews.

Andy serves as Board Chairman of Minds Matter of Denver since 2013, and prior to that, served as President for 4 years, and Dir. of Development for 2 years.

He was a founding member of the KIPP Colorado Schools Advisory Board and served as Chairman for several years.

Andy started a 501(c)4 called ExperienceDenver dedicated to keeping Denver safe as it grows and supporting an experienced candidate for District Attorney.

Andy is a consummate party-thrower and created a one-of-a-kind fundraiser called Frisky Whisky. This invite-only event raises money for the charity of Andy’s choice and 100% of proceeds are donated.

Andy believes that in order to make real change in the world, you must be fluent in three languages: business, non-profit, and government.

When he and Mike Johnston sat down to talk about Mike’s vision for Colorado and how Mike would govern if he were the state’s governor, Andy could see this was a vision he could get behind.

As such, Andy leads the technology and systems platform for the campaign.

Andy met his beautiful wife Natasha while building a business in India. Natasha was Andy’s recruiter. After they recruited his employees, he recruited her.

They have two wonderful kids: Maya and Tej, and a loving dog named Mazaa.

Andy is 4 dives short of being a Master Diver so if he’s not stateside, there’s a good bet he’s in nature’s aquarium.

Andy is a proud alumni of Leadership Denver and was elected to be class speaker. He also owns the trademark “Best Class Ever!” so think twice before you make that claim!

Another important group to Andy is Entrepreneurs’ Organization where he was recently voted in mid-2015.
